Raddish raitha

Hi all........I'm panic that what to post. My hands are shivering as this is my first post. However, with deep breath I proceed further. Im going to post simple dish radish raita. This is very good for health and consumes very less time. Raita goes well with rice or chapathi.

Ingredients :

Radish - 1no
Green chilli - 2
Onion - 2 medium
Oil - 1 tbl spn 
Mustered - 1/2 tbl spn
Jeera - 1/2 tbl spn
Chenna dal - 1 tbl spn
Urad dal - 1/2 tbl spn
Curry leaves - 1 string
Coriander leaves - fistful
Salt - as per your taste
Curd - 1 bowl

Method

Chop onion, chilli, coriander and grate radish and keep aside.
Now, take a kadai, add in oil, once oil is heated, add in mustered, jeera
 Once they splutters, add in chenna dal, urad dal, when they turn into golden brown, add in curry leaves, green chilli and saute for few seconds. Then add in onion, saute for 5-6 seconds, add in salt as per your taste. Don't over cook onion. Now add in grated radish, stir well. Switch off flame. Once it's cool, add whisked curd, stir well. Now garnish with coriander leaves. It's ready to serve. You can serve this tasty raita with hot piping rice or chapathi. Enjoy your food.😁
